Write the docs where you publish them
Edit a page, check the preview, and publish when it reads well.
Four ways to write
Use the document editor, markdown, HTML, or the section editor, and ask the AI prompt bar for a first draft.
More than a docs site
The same account can publish a help center, a changelog, and a policy library as separate collections, each with its own banner and navigation.
A URL for every page
Every page has a public address you can link from your product, your README, or an email, and readers can search across the whole collection.
How to move your docs to PageBow
Start with the pages your team edits by hand.
1. List the pages worth moving
Pick the handbooks, setup guides, and reference pages that people actually read.
2. Create the collection
Start from the Guides or Documents template and set up categories such as Getting started, How-to, Reference, and Troubleshooting.
3. Paste the markdown
Paste each page into the markdown editor. Headings, lists, and code blocks keep their structure, and the preview shows how the page will read.
4. Publish and link it
Publish the collection and point your product, your README, and your support replies at the new address.
