What a PageBow help center includes
A public site where customers find an answer without opening a ticket.
Support articles
Each article has a title, a short description, a category, and tags. Write it in the document editor, in markdown, or in HTML.
Categories and search
Group articles into categories such as Getting started, Account, Billing, and Security. Readers browse the category cards or search the collection.
A layout for each article
Show an article as a full page, an outline, an accordion, columns, or a slideshow. The writing stays the same when you switch.
How to build a help center
Four steps from an empty collection to a published site.
1. Start the Help Center template
Create a collection from Help Center. It opens with a banner, navigation, category cards, and sample articles.
2. Write the first articles
Replace the samples with the questions your support team answers most. Write each article yourself, or describe it to the AI prompt bar and edit the draft.
3. Organize the categories
Keep four or five categories, such as Getting started, Account, Billing, and Security.
4. Publish
Publish the collection on your own domain and share the link. Every article keeps its own URL.
How readers move around the help center
The site around the articles helps customers find the next answer on their own.
Featured articles
Show the articles customers open most at the top of the help center so the common answers are one click away.
Related articles
Under each article, related pages share a category or a tag with the one the reader just finished.
Navigation and footer
A top navigation and a footer carry readers between categories, and you can add links to your product, your status page, or your contact form.
