A help center for your articles
Everything customers read when they look for an answer: categories, search, and one page per task.
Articles and categories
Sort articles into categories such as Getting started, Account, Billing, and Security so customers find the right one quickly.
Search across the help center
A reader types what they are trying to do and the matching articles come up.
Links for your product and your replies
Every article has its own URL. Link the help center from your app, your footer, and the emails you already send.
How to move your help articles
Bring over the articles customers use, and update them as you go.
1. Pick the articles to move
Start with the articles customers open most. Leave out drafts and internal macros.
2. Recreate the categories
Use the names customers say out loud, such as Getting started, Billing, and Account.
3. Paste each article into a page
Use the markdown or document editor, then update any link that pointed at a ticket form.
4. Publish and update your Help link
Publish the collection and change the Help link in your app and your email signature to the new address.
